Everyone’s doing it, so why can’t I?

So other sites/blogs have posted their “Best Of” for the year, so now it’s my turn.

My Top 5+1 Singles* of The Year

British Sea Power – Atom When you look up Ruckus in the Dictionary, it says to refer to British Sea Power – Atom. That is a fact.

Scout Niblett – Just What I Needed Sure it’s a cover. But it’s the cover of the year

Clinic – Saxon Road It’s not perfect like Distortions, but it’s pretty darn close.

Frog Eyes – Evil Energy, the Ill Twin Of… This won’t be for everyone, but for those of you that it charms – it’s killer.

Charlotte Hatherley – Behave It’s like she’s daring you not to put this on repeat.

Radiohead – Nude Honorable Mention for being awesome.

Here’s most of the songs in a handy dandy Seeqpod playlist.

I tried to pick some stuff that you won’t get from those other crap sites. If you like the selection, be sure to join Songorama

Well that’s enough for now. When I think of some albums, I’ll post that. This list was exhausting enough as it is.

*By Singles, I mean songs

Behave by Charlotte Hatherley is the most AMAZING song. I cant pinpoint what’s going on but jeez I just listen to it over and over again.
