Heroes, more like *YAWN*

I’ve finally started watching Heroes, and it’s a pretty average show. It was definitely made in an attempt to get middle america off their tractors. Also the show feels lazy. As far as network serials go, it’s worse than Lost. Also the first 1.5 episodes are awful. I was seriously considering to let episode 2 be my last. It’s a good thing they decided to introduce the bad guy.

It’s no Friday Night Lights, that’s for sure.

I like it much better than the one season of Lost I’ve watched. The writing is uneven, sometimes tottering towards lame dialouge and plot, but as a whole its pretty good. The show sets up some mysteries which throughout the season, are solved and new ones revealed, which is very satisfying, whereas Lost was one tease after another. It builds suspense but at times it seemed like they were too afraid the answer would never live up to the set up to reveal anything at all.

How did this role reversal happen? You were originally the advocate of Heroes having watched the first few episodes, and I was complaining how terrible the first episode was. Fair weather hater!
