It seems once again AOL has killed my AIM account. I can’t login to robotjones1013 anymore. It’s ridiculous. I haven’t tried the password reset feature yet because I don’t want robotjones1013 to disappear forever.
I hate AIM. Really hate AIM.
I just don’t know which show had a better season finale, Battlestar Galactica or Veronica Mars?
Well it seems our contract with Comcast is up. Finally!
They want us back for another year and offering our same package for $40/month as opposed to ~$76 month-to-month. But you see, I really, really hate Comcast. If I remember correctly, my parents went behind my back and ordered Comcast while I was out one weekend. They got an amazing deal, ~$25/month for a year. But the service is just awful. They promised new guides, but it hasn’t happened. And changing channels takes forever. It just doesn’t make for a pleasant TV watching experience.
So now it’s time to look around and see what DirecTV and Dish have to offer. I only watch a handful of channels: Comedy Central, History International, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, The Science Channel, and BBC America. The rest are just filler. To get those channels, I’d have to sign up for these packages Dish – America’s Top 180 – $49.99 DirecTV – Total Choice Plus – $49.99 Comcast – Digital Plus – $57.45 You see how much “a la carte” programming would rock. Paying all that extra cash for channels I don’t watch. Also it seems History International and The Science Channel are the most expensive channels. If you drop those off, I can get the next lowest package from all 3.
So now it’s time to start looking through the junk mail…
